The company is licensed to provide investment advice, receive and transmit orders on behalf of clients, and conduct portfolio management for clients under a discretionary mandate.
Furthermore, the company is a member of the Danish Association of Investment Firms (Den Danske Fondsmæglerforening) and the complaints board for investment firms.

Statement from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) conducted an inspection at HP Fonds in June 2016. You can download the report here.
In the last quarter of 2020, Finanstilsynet carried out an assessment of HP Fonds’ money-laundering risk evaluation. You can read the report here and the follow-up letter from Finanstilsynet here.
In November 2021, Finanstilsynet conducted an anti–money laundering inspection at HP Fonds, and the report can be read here.
