The investment fund Wealth Invest, HP Invest subfunds, is changing its issuer agent from SEB to Danske Bank, effective 14 September 2026.
In connection with this, all HP Invest sub-funds — both listed and unlisted — will be suspended for subscriptions and redemptions on 10 and 11 September 2026. This also means that no prices will be quoted for the sub-funds during this period.
The change entails certain operational constraints in handling and settling trades in VP around the handover date. To ensure that any subscriptions and redemptions can be handled and settled correctly, trading will therefore be suspended for the two banking days preceding the change.
Subscriptions, redemptions — and price quotation — will resume on 14 September 2026, when Danske Bank takes over as issuer agent.
